The shampoos oatmeal content helps soften, hydrate, calm, and refresh the hair, while simultaneously alleviating itching sensations and irritations. Vitamin E protects hair keratin from oxidative damage and external factors such as sun, seawater, pool chlorine, and hair dye. It repairs hair with split ends because it contains a high amount of hydrolyzed proteins. PEG-15 Cocopolyamine works as a conditioner by adding more body and hydrating the hair.
